O evento, que reuniu milhares de trabalhadores de diversas categorias e regi\u00f5es do pa\u00eds, teve como objetivo central a defesa dos direitos trabalhistas, melhores condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho no servi\u00e7o p\u00fablico e a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos servidores p\u00fablicos municipais.<\/p><p>A delega\u00e7\u00e3o do SINDSPMAL saiu de \u00c1guas Lindas ainda nas primeiras horas da manh\u00e3, demonstrando organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e compromisso com a luta coletiva. Com faixas, cartazes e palavras de ordem, os representantes do sindicato caminharam ao lado de outras entidades sindicais em um grande ato que ocupou a Esplanada dos Minist\u00e9rios.<\/p><p>Entre as pautas defendidas na manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o estavam o <strong>reajuste digno para os servidores p\u00fablicos<\/strong>, a <strong>revoga\u00e7\u00e3o das reformas trabalhista e previdenci\u00e1ria<\/strong>, a <strong>reposi\u00e7\u00e3o das perdas salariais<\/strong>, <strong>conven\u00e7\u00e3o 151 da OIT<\/strong> e a <strong>defesa dos servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos gratuitos e de qualidade<\/strong> para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o. O <strong>SINDSPMAL<\/strong> tamb\u00e9m destacou em seu material reivindicat\u00f3rio a necessidade de <strong>valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos servidores p\u00fablicos municipais<\/strong>, que enfrentam desafios constantes em meio \u00e0 desvaloriza\u00e7\u00e3o, escassez de recursos e \u00e0 sobrecarga de trabalho.<\/p><p>Durante o ato, lideran\u00e7as nacionais e representantes das centrais sindicais discursaram em frente ao Congresso Nacional, refor\u00e7ando a import\u00e2ncia da unidade da classe trabalhadora para enfrentar os retrocessos e garantir avan\u00e7os concretos. O diretor do <strong>SINDSPMAL<\/strong>, <strong><em><u>Alessandro Antonio<\/u><\/em><\/strong>, tamb\u00e9m participou de entrevistas e se reuniu com lideran\u00e7as de outras regi\u00f5es, fortalecendo o di\u00e1logo e a articula\u00e7\u00e3o em defesa dos direitos dos servidores municipais.<\/p><p>\u201c<strong><em>Estar presente nesta marcha \u00e9 reafirmar nosso compromisso com a luta coletiva. Os servidores de \u00c1guas Lindas merecem respeito, valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o e dignidade. Viemos a Bras\u00edlia para mostrar que n\u00e3o aceitaremos retrocessos e que estamos atentos aos movimentos do governo e do Congresso<\/em><\/strong>\u201d, afirmou o diretor.<\/p><p>Ao final do dia, os participantes seguiram em marcha at\u00e9 a Pra\u00e7a dos Tr\u00eas Poderes, encerrando o ato de forma pac\u00edfica e com um chamado \u00e0 continuidade da mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o nas bases, munic\u00edpios e nos espa\u00e7os institucionais.<\/p><p>O <strong><em>SINDSPMAL<\/em><\/strong> refor\u00e7a que a luta n\u00e3o termina na marcha: \u00e9 preciso manter a vigil\u00e2ncia, a uni\u00e3o e a participa\u00e7\u00e3o ativa da categoria nas decis\u00f5es e a\u00e7\u00f5es que afetam diretamente os servidores p\u00fablicos municipais.<\/p><p><strong>Juntos somos mais
